Eve 2010 House St Ismier
2010 will be the year for me back in Grenoble ... For now I do not really know when or for what to do but taste of the installation, Marie and I will arrange a family in St Ismier Eve, as a housewarming party with them.

Having taken a little better 3DVIA Shape tool in hand, I could remake the model of the house more closely. Better able to realize the changes, I first tried to make a model of the existing house
The decor / furniture is made briefly, just to give a scale and apreçu functions of the parts. The first floor and the attic is not too messed up, I gave them to appear on the model easier to navigate.
The current proposal is basically the architect to meet the 3 pieces of life into a single space performing the functions of kitchen / living room / lounge. The laundry area is optimized and the old fireplace in the lounge ordered destroyed to create storage space in the kitchen and laundry. Outside, the gate is closed: a new opening in the wall is made across the field. The cars are parked now taken on a square on the area of front garden. The current location of car traffic is thus freed to create a new living space (Oven Pizza: D)
For the moment nothing is fixed, all this may well sure change, especially when the first budget estimates will be made: (
