Friday afternoon Taupo, a town in central North Island. The Waikato river, stream of NZ's longest (425 km), flows into the beautiful Lake Taupo. And a few miles away ... a very narrow canyon is home to the Huka Falls , falls from extreme violence! The volume of water discharged is 220 000 liters per second! Snif nobody wanted us to do rafting;)
